The Wisconsin Hotel

Just stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Overall the remodel was beautiful. You can tell they definitely upgraded, even the smell still smelled like everything was new. The room was nice, the decor was modern and new. I loved the complimentry waters. My only dislike from the room was the mattress wasnt very comfortable. The sheets were extremely soft but the mattress itself seemed like maybe they werent upgraded. Other reviews raved about the cleanliness, the room was very clean, but our hallway.. I stepped on pretzels and there was random candy on the ground nothing major but my exceptions were set high. The customer service was excellent, the front desk girl was very attentive and friendly. We did check out the hot tub and pool area. You can tell that area needed a little bit more attention in certain spots. The disability chair poles for the pool must be original they were very rusty and old and some spots on the kids play area which were very visible while sitting in the hot tub seemed sort of quickly repainted, not fully redone. We also noticed a blanket covering a hole on the wall, maybe it was for a vent or something. The gym area was nice, we did not try the sauna. The sauna is completely separate from the pool and you are not allowed to go in with wet swimsuits, just an fyi. We went to the restaurant for breakfast which was excellent. Jose are server was a great server, he was very friendly. Overall theres a few tweaks that could be made and maybe they still are working them out. I would say it's very nice but not call it "luxury". I would definitely stay here again and overall do recommend.

Solid choice for your visit to the Dells, especially if you need a relaxing break from the water park chaos. Service top notch -- my son needed batteries for his VR headset, comped us with a pair in the front desk! Staff brought up luggage racks; gave us a late check out; and the rooms are nice and reasonably priced. Don't miss this gem!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly give it five stars! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. The room itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling. The linens were soft, the pillows were perfect, and the room was wonderfully quiet. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was just as impressive. It had a relaxing, inviting vibe that made it easy to unwind. Whether in the lobby or my room, I always felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely place. It was recently redesigned, fully renovated, and expanded. They did an excellent job. The new theme is so cool, and they brought in a great executive chef. We used one of their smaller rooms for a large family birthday party, and the staff and food were excellent.

When rustic mixes with relaxation, and when warmth partners with welcoming and when details are shared with the memory, then this is the place for you. From the wooden keys, the fire place as you walk in to the great warm atmosphere this hotel experience just outdoes the typical hotel. It is personal. It is professional. It is new. The details of the ambiance, the story of Wisconsin, the pictures on the walls, the wood components to the soaps in the shower, this place was intentional on a great resting environment and experience. I would recommend rooms on the second floor in the main building.

We hosted a family get together / party in the Madison Room. The room was set up beautifully, the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The Silo was a great place to wrap up our evening. What a unique venue. We also had a meal at The Farmer in the Dells earlier in the week. Again, the food was excellent with a wide variety of choices and prices to satisfy all tastesbuds and fit all budgets.

We recently stayed at the recently renovated, gorgeous, Wisconsin Hotel. The ambiance, decorations, aesthetic, surroundings, and customer service were noticeably outstanding! The rooms were spacious, the pool was gorgeous and so fun for my daughter, the attached restaurant was superb, and most notable was the customer service! Michelle and Nancy both exceeded my expectations The freshly ground coffee in the lobby was an amazing treat, as well as the library and gorgeous fireplace! We can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend!

First time here since it’s remodeling. Room was clean, kids had a blast at the pool. Buffalo Phil’s is right next door in walking distance. Knuckleheads also. Beautiful hotel. Food was good. The pool is designed for smaller kids. I would say 12 and younger. There is a big pool for the older kids and a hot tub.
